Notes: Minor build and examples changes. No useful code changes.
Changes: Modified configure and pgsql/Makefile.am to allow building against postgreSQL installed on non-default paths. Corrected the bizarre "Init fails:success" message. Updated the contrib/web examples so wplot.rb works with MySQL.
