Release Name: New base engine.
Notes: Just changed from RoT to SocketMUD. Right now I have not done much to it. It is just a custom chat room at the moment. This is now a dead idea. The codebase is being built from scratch.
Changes: Everything has been scraped has I am changing the project to SocketMUD.
