Release Name: Alpha-addanc-0.04.1

Notes:
This version of the Addanc Web Application Testing system 
includes major feature improvements for the Addanc Brick. 
The Brick in this release can handle HTTP/HTTPS 1.0 
transactions with cookies and redirection. POST and GET 
requests along with form field and query string support are 
supported. 

Test measurements can be stored in either/both a flat file or 
a MySql database.
