Joost is an XML transformation tool that implements the transformation language STX. 
It is released under the Mozilla Public License Version 1.1

The current release adds the long awaited OutputURIResolver and fixes a bug with namespaces 
that may occur when processing buffers or external documents.


Changes:
- added interface OutputURIResolver (Feature request 1170466)
- the binary should be Java 1.4 compatible again
