Changes: <UL> <LI> Cleaned up some bit rot to accomodate for more modern C++ compilers. <LI> Fixed some makefile dependency issues. <LI> Renamed a few internal files. <LI> Sanitized (a bit; more work needs to be done) and checked into SourceForge. <LI> Commented out the use of random_sample in src/why.cc (it appears that KCC doesn't have this STL function). </UL>
