Welcome to the Milestone release of the Virtual Collaboratory 3.0

This release requires Zope 2.9.6, Plone 2.5 and a current OpenPlans instance.  Users installing from .deb will receive a  full instance including all dependencies in their /opt/vic directory.

This release adds:
Resources & Document Exchange
Group Calendaring
Mailing Lists
Blog Integration (Docs & resources can be converted to blog postings in any software that supports the metaweblog API)
