This beta version features a completely redesigned Risk Assessment Workflow panel.

Changes:
Additionally there are these changes and features:
- Assessments can be changed and are used to filter the dialogs.
- Threats can be activated in an Assessment.
- Completed the Risk Assessment Workflow.
- The help is now generated from the Wiki pages.
- The help was edited to reflect the recent changes in the SOBF Tool.
- Featuring a new ORIMOR Snapshot.
- An error was fixed which crashed the data import on Non-English systems.
- An error was fixed which crashed the report generation when the SOBF Tool was run without a JDK.
- Lots of new features, added functionality and general spring cleaning.
