Notes: dKret2 Theme ----------- A Wordpress Theme for Wordpress 2.2 by Joern Kretzschmar http://diekretzschmars.de/dkret-theme Because I wanted something unique I developed dKret. As a starting point I used the deleer Theme of http://texto.de. The Result is dKret2 wich is: - fully localized fully localized (l10n-i18n) - easy administrationable - supports a lot of Plugins out of the box and - uses AJAX for better commenting (no more reload of the page, no white error messages etc.) - supports the lightweight jQuery framework AND thickbox. - has extensive Widget Support (all Sidebarblocks are registered Widgets - add them in the Admin Panel) The CSS, XHTML and design is released under the GPL: http://www.opensource.org/licenses/gpl-license.php Feedback is always appreciated. Installation ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. DKret2 REQUIRES Wordpress 2.2. Update Wordpress prior Installing dKret. 2. It is IMPORTANT to properly uninstall older Versions of dKret2 prior updating!!! 3. Activate via Presentation Tab (Please visit the online documentaion for detailed information) (http://diekretzschmars.de/dkret-theme/documentation/) 4. Populate your Sidebar with Widgets (dKret2 ships with a bunch of own Widgets - just activate them!)
