V3.6: Added indication if NASA TLE file has been updated since last run
      Added capability for user to select TLE file source from local computer
      Added TLE Span and TLE Age indications
      Added Warning if Two Line Elements are out-of-date
      Programs now displays a warning window (in addition to the text in the
         information window) for the more serious warnings
      Old TLEs are now properly removed from downloaded NASA TLE file
      Corrected a problem in which sometimes the prediction would complete
         prematurely.
      Updated Help System for new capabilities

V3.5: Changed the view prediction window font from "Courier New" to the more
         universally compatible "Monospaced", 
      Now allow the optional DEM filenames to be either UPPER or lower case to
         be more compatible on operating systems where filenames are case
         sensitive, 
      Program now checks the size of the DEM file, and prints out a warning
         message if it's not correct,

V3.4: Added capability to view the prediction text file from the main window.
