New GUI configuration program (mbldrgui) which is based on
wxWidgets library. Command-line mbldr renamed to mbldrcli
(except DOS-version). Support for disks autodetection under
Linux and FreeBSD.

 - New icon and logotype on the web-site
 - New GUI configuration program (mbldrgui) has been introduced which is
 based on wxWidgets library
 - Command-line mbldr renamed to mbldrcli (except DOS-version)
 - Some redesign of Makefiles and shared components across mbldrcli and
 mbldrgui to avoid copy-paste of the code blocks
 - Logging mechanism has been simplified
 - Support for disks autodetection under Linux and FreeBSD
 - Some preparations have been made to the upcoming support of
 multilanguage interface (internationalization)
