This is build 50.

New features & bug fixes:
* now IRC-like timestamps for chat messages (suggestion by Immie)
* time now appears BEFORE the text, or user entry/join/change notification
* thanks to Fry-kun, many GUI improvements (browse dialogs, close button on
   file dialog when remote folders expanded, and more)
* can now browse for Hotline.dat file from global options thanks again to Fry-kun
* exit confirmation is now optional (thanks Fry-kun)
* can now rename a user status, thanks _again_ to Fry-kun ^.^
* fixed a tracker bug (guess who ? thanks Fry-kun)
