 + added Configurator.pm web interface to Config.pm (jlp)

    (bugfix?  possible bug in Config.pm causing key collision)

 + Jellybean::Container constructor now calls init() for child-specific setup
 + added Jellybean::FileContainer to handle static page serving
 + moved handlers and mimetypes initialization to FileContainer
 + added get_handler() methods to handlers to avoid symrefs when registering
 ~ Engine static/object detection improved and simplified
 ~ made sure all necessary files are available
 - removed get_handlers() and get_mimetypes() from Engine.pm
