Changes: 27 July 1999 (and patches from later) - Added TODO to documentation. - Makefile cleanup to handle different versions. - Added beta of alertprogram (Ewan McNeill patch) - Added user-configurable thresholds, and rewrote the internal threshold handling to make use of it and clean things up. this is the custom_thresh configuration item. (Ewan McNeill patch for the thresholds). - Rewrote the webpage output handling to allow the configurable thresholds. Added an optional icon specifier to the user-configurable thresholds.
