      Gearing up for version 0.2:
	* Added inetd.conf fragment
	* Removed the --stderr option: instead we have --syslog
	  (default) and --no-syslog (=stderr)
	* When a connection is closed, transfers statistics are
	  available in the verbose output
	* When running from inetd, the source IP address is logged
	* syslog output is now tidier:
	  - less of it (especially verbose mode)
	  - prefixed by program[pid] in the normal way
	* Added support for a system-wide config file, user-specific
	  config file and current-directory config file.
	* Added sample config file in distribution
