- Added method clientCustomerId() to the base Service class, 
  so you can use either clientEmail() or clientCustomerId() if 
  you have a MCC, but not both. Thanks to Rick Morris for the 
  patch.
- CreativeService POD fix, as activateCreative(List) and 
  deleteCreative(List) are no longer supported by the module.
