Release Name: appexp ver2.3

Notes:
This is the main package for AppExplorer and contains all 
files you'll need to install and run AppExplorer version 2.3 
stable. It also contains user documentation and source code.

*AppExplorer is a Java program and requires you to 
have Sun Java JRE 5.0 or above installed.

*Java docs of interest to java developers can be downloaded 
seperately under the docs package.
