Notes:
We've added several new, pretty neat features. First, we keep better track of the current nickname. We have database stats now. If a
nickname is in use, we can pick a new one. A new respond action,which is most aesthetic. As always, regexp tweaks. The syntax for
the config has changed slightly. Some other stuff, but I'm sure no one cares.
Importantly, I've got many, many ideas, and even more ideas about how to implement them. This release actually excites me, mostly because
it has the chance to get much better. I hope it does to some others. Please email me <smoynes@nexus.carleton.ca> if you have any
questions; I will more than pleased someone has wasted their bandwidth on dagny.
