This plugin is released under the GNU LESSER GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE.

Installation:
Copy the gen_rateamp.dll into your winamp/plugin direcory.
for example:

c:\program files\winamp\plugins\
or
c:\programme\winamp\plugins\

then run only winamp.

*better internal rating system (more timer, rateArr, etc)
*Database version #6
*correct rating in WA-Media Libary
*better config (now includet in winamp.ini)
