Release Name: 1.2.2

Notes:
This is cdrtfe 1.2.2, an intermediate release for testing purposes.

The changes may have introduced new bugs, so please test and report,
if you find a bug.

Reports about how cdrtfe behaves under Windows Vista are welcome.

Some of the translations haven't been updated for quite a while, e.g.
the French translation. Any help regarding the update of existing or
the creation of new translations is much appreciated.

A full installation of cdrtfe (e.g. cdrtfe 1.2 or cdrtfe 1.2 portable)
is required. Just replace the old files with the new ones from the zip
archive.

Beginning with version 1.2.1 cdrtfe is released under a new license,
the GPL with a special exception, that allows to combine cdrtfe with
source code licensed under the LGPL, MPL or CDDL. See license.txt for
more information.

Changes:
* Data CD: New option to close a disc when appending a session.

* Reduce the startup time, especially under Windows XP.

* Improved error messages.

* New error/warning messages:
  - No simulation with DVD+R(W) discs.
  - DVD+RW discs cannot be erased.
  - Warning, if user tries to close cdrtfe when a disc is still
    being written.

* Bugfix: Writing less than one MiByte of data does not crash the
  processing of the commandline output any longer.
