maintenance release with a few errors fixed

Changes:
features:

-in forecast panel, plot residuals panel and correlation panel: if no variable is selected, all
 variables are selected automatically when execute is clicked

error fixes:

-in VECM forecasting the column order of the parameter
 matrix for the deterministic terms did not match 
 the order of the deterministics used for forecasting 
 when deterministic terms not at the last position 
 were restricted to the EC term  
-in VECM with a prespecified cointegration relation 
 it could happen that a model was not estimated when
 deterministics were added to the EC term after the
 fixed relation was set
-in VECM forecasting with a structural model, 
 the model is now first multiplied with A_0^-1,
 this was not done before
