Changes: * fixed bug appending file with *.gpx extension while saving. * add links to waypoints * add browser configuration * make function menu mouse sensitive (for all mouse miles-n-more lovers) * show identification, source and comment in waypoint or track toolview as columns * show distance and azimuth (forward & backward) while moving waypoint (waypoint projection) * changed 'waypoint move' mode from point-press-move-release to point-click-move-click. This will enable the user to zoom and move the map while moving the waypoint * change 'waypoint new' mode from 'take current cursor position' to point-n-click * add cursor icons to express current cursor function
