This is the second development preview release of the SOBF Tool. The SOBF Tool is a risk analysis and management tool.

This version was published for interested parties to learn about the extension mechanisms and to help the Repository 
team build up their content:
- Removed Navbar and replaced with assessment and workflow toolbox.
- Enhanced datamodel to allow for standards, objectives, checklists and questionnaires.
- GUI completely redone.
- Fix to re-enable the internal help.
- Spring Cleaning.
- Properties Dialog.
- Multilanguage support.
- Edit windows are now resized and table column width pre-initialised.
