Notes:
Release 1.27

This release fixes unpleasant bugs related to Range processing in in release 1.26.
It also adds important new features in base server. So this release is an important
milestone for TJWS. Since response buffer feature wasn't tested enough, it isn't
recommended to use this version in production environment for some time.

Please apply also patch if server used as embedded.

1. Fixed bugs in Range header of request implementation

3. Removed one of JDK 1.4 dependency
4. Added sent bytes count
5. Access log standardized
6. Added simple RequestDispatcher support in a base server

8. Added buffer work for response
9. Improved documentation and the server web site
