Release Name: LeechInfo 0.1

Notes:
* What is LeechInfo?
Shows the individual traffic of users to and from the internet. Makes it easier to find leeches :)

* Install:
Install the WinPcap2.1 files first. Run LeechInfo.exe afterwards. Choose a netcard in the list (Note: weird names in w2k, sorry). Pick the location where you want the log saved every 5 secs. The configuration is saved when you exit the program.

LeechInfo must be run on a machine which all traffic to the internet comes by. A hub-connected machine would be nice :)

Only works on networks where local machines (LAN) are in the range 10.10.10.x. Mess with the ini-file if other networks need support.

The part of the source I've created is MPL license - that is part of unit1.pas, IPAddress, and IPRange. The rest is made by Lars Peter Christiansen.
