Release Name: 2.1

Notes:
2.1 is primarily a bugfix release. Though several improvements and new features have been included as well. In order to make the transition from wingS 2.1 to the first AJAX-ified version of wingS as smooth as possible, some core concepts have been aligned with the refined architecture from the ajax branch already.
