Notes:
Version 0.4 of kpg adds a colour database (user editable), 
along with a user editable template to change the resultant 
knitting pattern. There are a few usability enhancements too.

Changes:
*   Added information on how to print patterns from web browser

*   Added prelim colour name support - colour database file
    mycolors.txt is based on webcolor names with (currently one)
    added colour that is NOT websafe

*   Replaced output code to use a template library (to make changing
    the pattern easier). This gives support for external templates
    (but internal templates will be used if external templates are missing)
