OVERVIEW
This release is an initial release to show the intended functionality.
Please look at the Tasks tracker to see a list of functionality that is
still missing and will be included in later releases.
INSTALLATION
1) Make sure you have a java runtime environment (jre) installed.
You can download the latest jre from the SUN website:
http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp
2) Download the TimeDoctor release to your local disk
3) unzip the TimeDoctor release file in a local directory
4) Execute TimeDoctor: timedoctor\timedoctor.exe
5) Open a sample trace file (*.tdi) via File->Open
KNOWN ISSUES
- The property view does not show trace properties yet
- ZoomIn many times (to extreme small time ranges) crashes the tool
- The selected trace line is not drawn as selected when switching between
multiple open trace files
