Notes:
Now the Windows version was compiled with gcc/mingw/dev-C++
This release includes includes some bug-fixes and these new fetures:
 - $ifdef conditional assembly directive.
 - A new terminal program for Windows: wtser
 - Command line options to set baud-rate in ltser and ltsg49


Changes:
- wtser.c: Added a new terminal for windows.
- ltser.c: Baud rate setting
- ltsg49.c: Command line option b= to set the baud-rate
- monxa.xa: More generic setup (many small changes)
- asxa: Added the $IFDEF directive
- Makefile: Create installation directories
- monxa.xa: Bug fix: Wrong interrupt vectors when ramvects=0
- asxalex: Bug fix: Open quote caused a "segmentation fault"
