Changes: What's New in Wav2MP3 Wizard v3.2 (Build 354): -------------------------------------- - ADDITION: Added support for FLAC encoder - ADDITION: Added MP3 re-encoding option (again) - IMPROVEMENT: Parts of the interface have been redesigned, a new control has replaced all buttons, which are now clear as to their exact use - ADDITION: Added Quick Encode, a feature which allows you to encode a whole folder automatically (subfolders are not supported yet unfortunately) - ADDITION: Added options to automatically apply AutoTag on files added to the list or encoded using the Quick Encode feature - ADDITION: Added option to encode on 320kbps quality, highest available - ADDITION: Added an option to change the output directory of all files in the list with the click of a button - IMPROVEMENT: Command-line windows of encoders do not steal focus anymore, and begin minimized - ADDITION: Added the Unsupported Encoder feature, which allows you to set-up a command line for any encoder and use Wav2MP3 Wizard to batch-encode files with it easily - ADDITION: Added "add to file list" drag-and-drop functionality to the "# files selected" box in the Main window - IMPROVEMENT: When using Save As... feature after double-clicking a file on the list, the program prompts the user to overwrite if the file already exists - REMOVAL: The program no longer has an internal preview player; the user will have to select an external program in order to use the preview feature - ADDITON: Added new "First Run Setup Wizard" which should let you set some options before your first run; it should appear on all users using v3.2 or higher for the first time - CORRECTION: Corrected functionality of myProfile, which was incorrect in v3.1 Golden Edition - CORRECTION: Rewritten update code; the program no longer uses an update window, it only does the check and prompts the user to visit the program's website - IMPROVEMENT: The program gives you the option to kill the current instance and start a new one if when starting it another instance is detected. - DEVELOPMENT: Code has been cleaned up, organized and optimized, which should result in better performance and easier debugging - OTHER: Various other undocumented minor additions/improvements/bugfixes IMPORTANT: - OCX controls have been updated for this version; unless you're downloading the Installer package, you'll have to also download the updated Extra Runtime Components RELEASE NOTES: - From this version the size of the installer is noticably larger (a bit over 2MBs); Wav2MP3 Wizard is not heavier in resources in any way; this change is due to the addition of the required Visual Basic 6 DLLs in the installer, the lack of which did not allow the program to be installed on some computers
