Release Name: 0.8.0-beta

Notes:
First release.

There are two files to choose from:

If you have the tools to extract it, you can download the
.bz2 file, as it is much better compressed.  Most
Linux/Unix-ish systems will have this. Otherwise, just
download the larger .zip file. The contents are the same.

Either way, the extraction will take a minute or two, since
there are a lot of files to be extracted.
