This release comes with some minor updates and fixes.

* Bashish now detects presence of older versions and asks the user to update.

* Fixed the argument handling in the command-line theme changing code which
  was broken in the previous release.

* Various updates to make zsh work

* Updated the fade and (yet again) the bluesteel theme to make it work with
 bashish.
