Release Name: gparted-livecd-0.3.1-1

Notes:
No major changes for the livecd. GParted has some really nice new features.

GParted changelog:

This release is mostly a response on the feedback i got
from users on GParted 0.3. In case of an overlapping move
(which in case of failure may cause damage to a filesystem)
GParted now performs a readonly testrun. Also, if a move
failes GParted will rollback the transactions and hence
insure the safety of your data.

* Updated to gparted-0.3.1.
* Updated to Linux-2.6.17.13.
* Updated to partimage-0.6.5_beta3.
* Added nano-1.2.5 (very stripped down).
* Added split.
* Added Chinese codepages to kernel.
