Changes:
Added	- All lang files now in UTF-8 - a fully international character encoding.
Added	- Fetching now converts strings to proper encoding.
Fixed	- Category display in manager now localized.
Fixed   - Submitted checkbox data now works properly with magic_quotes enabled.
Fixed	- IMDB fetch for the cast section updated.
Fixed	- Fixed the LDAP authentication to work properly with OpenLDAP.
Fixed   - RSS feed got broken id title contains illegal xml characters, they are now parsed and corrected for valid XML output.

Added   - The Log Viewer on the "Admin Panel" now has the option to filter on specific event types.
Fixed   - Fixed the Yahoo fetch class, Yahoo movies changed their search results page.
Updated - The Export/Import mechanism has been rewritten, the imported now used Ajax for more user friendly UI
		  and the Exported filenames are now based on the date.
Added   - Comments are now sanitized for HTML and script injections.		  
Fixed   - VCD-db seems to work flawlessy now with php safe_mode = On and with open_basedir restrictions.
Added   - Emails can now also be logged.
