Release Name: liblayout-1.3
Notes: This release contains a number of improvements. These fall into two categories. 1) Improved support for non-standard GDSII files where the first cell is not the top cell. Now, the first cell that is not referenced is considered to be the top cell. Additional support for non-manhattan transforms is also present. 2) Further refinement of the styling model. This involves changes to the CSS class used to store styling, plus some updates to output drivers.
