Release Name: 0.8.4

Notes: This is the next release in a series of stabalizing, minor feature enhancing releases. The goal is to provide incremental enhancement, both in feature set, and in stability, as this project moves toward the next major relase point. The 0.9.0 version is targeted for better pise pipes including the withpipe feature, and the addition of a virtual file system that will allow users to better manage job input and output, including the ability to upload custom library files (these are search libraries, not executable libraries).

Changes: Major bug fix release. The perl code interpreter was being too drastic in cleaning up user input for parmfiles. This stopped some programs, like MrBayes, from creating correct parmfiles. This behavior has been modified to be drastic for command line user input, but allow much more user input into parmfiles. This release has not yet implemented <withpipe>. It turns out to be hard to do properly. The job Index page has been enhanced with an option to download all of a job's files as an archive. The bundled version of of the ResMan resource manager has been updated to 0.9.3.
