Release Name: bricxcc 3.3.7.15

Notes: This release fixes a bug in serial port communication that was introduced in the previous release. It adds preliminary support for the NXT brick (not complete). It includes a major redesign of the GUI look and feel. It integrates with the new NeXT Byte Codes (NBC) compiler with syntax highlighting and code completion support. It includes a revised templates window which is dockable and allows for drag-and-drop "block" programming from the template window to the active editor window. Known Issues: The new templates defaults file should be installed as 007_templates.txt but it is not. After installing, rename templates.txt as 007_templates.txt, open the Preferences dialog in BricxCC, switch to the Templates tab, and then click the Default button. This procedure should correctly update the templates to the new format.
