Notes:
almost ready to go beta, still need to add a few more bells & whistles, finish the help doc, play with the math a bit more, and work out the sparatic freeze-ups.

Changes:
* fixed the bug where a movie's resale value would increase (A LOT) rather than decrease
* added a rent system, you can also buy your theater so that you don't need to pay rent anymore but will probably have to take out a loan to do this.
* added a goals system, the user can add more goals in the goals.cfg file.  There are some in there already.  
* Added a building form to manage rent/purchase of the building as well as repair & renovation on it's condition.
