Notes:
This is the official 2nd Generation Deployment version 2.2 release. 
Check the Change Log section to see the new changes in compare with the last official version 2.1.

Changes:
A. Improvements and Fixes

  * Better Turkish language support of ttf fonts and phppdf.
  * Incompatibilies with MySQL 5.0 fixed in the sql queries. 
  * Fix the type of the modify_id field in the care_menu_main DB table.
  * Fixes in the text layout of the Arabian languages.
  * Fix sql incompatibility with postgre in several classes.
  * Fix sql incompatibility with postgre in the Turkish ICD10 script.
  * Add missing files of the nocc module. 
  * Implement check in the index.php if Care2x needs to be installed. If Care2x 
is not yet installed, the user is redirected automatically to the installer 
page. 
  * Delete obsolete warning templates that are shown in /index.php. 
Corresponding language variables also deleted from lang_xx_create_admin.php 
files. 
  * Add all empty write-access directories under version control. 
  * Main menu visibility according to the user's permissions. 

B. Coding System

  * Turkish ICD10

      * Updated version with more records. 
      * Duplicated key removed in the installation sql script, which prevented 
the proper installation of the Turkish ICD10 table.
      * Some improvements in the translation.
      
C. Language and Help files

  * Improved Arabian translation
  * Updated Italian translation
  
D. New graphical installer.

  * The new installer can be accessed under alias /installer. The old one under /install is removed.
  * Works with both MySQL 4+ and PostgreSQL 7.4+.
  * The installer is cloned and extended with new features from the installer 
of the MirrorMed project.
  * Main features:
  
        * Based on Object Oriented Framework that allows the installer to be 
easily extended.
        * Logical flow of the installation process made in steps: Collect Data, 
Tests, Accept License, Actions.
        * Check the system if meets the requirement to run Care2x. This reduces 
the number of erroneous installations.
        * Full abstraction of the database operation using ADODB.
        * Better visual design.
