This is the second public release of the ViC software

Changes:
1) Refactored Plone into three separate products
2) Better Elluminate integration
3) I18N support via Py-MYCMS's traslate functionality
4) Refactored smartarchiver as a py-mycms system
5) Easier isntallation through Install Constancts
6) Front page Alerts
7) BlogPoster blog management system (works with your blog to help groups collaborate on blog content)
8) No longer requires specially patched versions of Zope & plone. (Authentications now done through the PyMyCMSUserFolder)
9) Virus checking (pyclamav) now supported if pyclamav is installed
