 - all-new translation system that uses external files
   - translators can now write translation files and test them directly
   - default translations are _still_ compiled into the executable using a
     compact packed-string representation -> saves 107k of uncompressed file
     size (19k compressed) and is still more flexible :)
 - fixed Unicode display in the stream information window
