Release Name: igloo release 5.0

Notes:
If you want to use IGLOO on Windows box, please use the php CGI Binary as using IGLOO with php installed as Apache module is unstable for this time.

Changes:
* Support creating simple e-docs with ISIS database as bibliographic data

* Support creating image database with ISIS database as bibliographic data

* IGLOO 5 programming code is re-writen and re-engineered for better
flexibility of code customization. Most of IGLOO 5 engine is writen in
OOP (Object Oriented Programming) style and also using SIMBIO1 engine.
