Release Name: usbwisec 2.1

Notes:
This release has several bug fixes and enhancements.  The biggest changes are:

1. Removed poorly written code that handles duplicate messages - results in FAR less dropouts of RF signal - you shoul be able to set the presence window back to a low number (5) and have no false dropouts - unless you have a hellatious amount of RF interference.

2. Inorporated Soft Lock plugin from Antonio Cisternino and Diego Colombo.  This is the magic plugin that does what everyone wants!  When the keyfob goes out of range, it locks your computer by starting a screensaver.  When you come back, it kills the screensaver.  If you lose your fob, you can get back in by logging back into the system.

3. Some minor enhancements regarding fit and finish of the UI.

4. Encapsulate plugins in their own thread for locking and unlocking.  This allows plugins to run in parrallel rather than serially.  What was happening was the mute audio plugin would take 5 seconds to fully fade out the audio, and THEN it would execute the Soft Lock plugin - now it runs both at the same time - so your screen locks as the audio fades out.  I figure this will only become more of an issue when people develop more and more complex plugins.
