Notes: Add support for applet, br, embed, img, object and param HTML tags. Increase use of XLIFF x tag, and add ctype attributes to all x and bx tags. (Use "x-" prefix to make locally defined values standards compliant.) See RELEASE_NOTES file for other changes.
