Release Name: 0.8.1

Notes: The number of features added, fixed, or altered is simpley too long to list. Many bugs have been addressed, especially in getting this project to run under PHP4. This release is running in production and is in heavy use.

Changes: The lurker is now a daemon in its own right, many, many more changes to provide PHP4 compatibility (who new coding under PHP5 for PHP4 would be so hard?), a minimal resource manager is included if you do not want to bother installing a more full featured one (resembles torque in use), using the included resource manager this release supports Scyld and bproc. There are too many bug fixes and enhancements to mention. I will add functions and features to the bundled resource manager as I have time. Fixed Pise compatible pipes and figured out what the <withpipe> tag is supposed to be used for (not implemented in Pise 5.a). Will implement the <withpipe> tag in the next release.
