Notes: Kernow 1.3 - Now uses SaxonB 8.7.1 - Fixed a few bugs - When auto-detecting parameters quotes from strings and brackets from booleans now get stripped - The base-output URI used for resolving xsl:result-document paths now gets set to the specified output directory, or if outputting to the window it gets set to the stylesheet. - The system-id used for the TransformHandler is now correctly set to that of the XML file, not the stylesheet.
