Release Name: 2.1.0rc2
Notes: EPNG 2.1.0 rc2 has been updated to used the lastest Echo2 2.1.xx codebase. A lot of people are having trouble with anonymous CVS access via SourceForge and hence this complete package upload can be used instead.
