Release Name: DIVA-GIS 6.0 (Annapurna) RC5
Notes: DIVA-GIS 6.0 (Annapurna) RC5 is a complete re-write in Java based on the GIS platform uDIG; it misses still some important functionality from DIVA-GIS 3.0 (grid-based algorithms) which are deferred to an upcoming release 6.x. It adds, however, improvements in user-interface and connectivity.
Changes: This is a release candidate towards version 6.0 (next release).
