File Release Notes and Changelog
Notes:
This is a release candidate for release version 0.8.0 of RDT. The release is likely to appear on Apr, 23.
Please use the this release candidate to evaluate the new features and report bugs.
We will try to fix them for the final 0.8.0 release.

* New Class Wizard
* Apply code formatting (indentation) to templates
* Distinct syntax highlighting of globals
* Distinct syntax highlighting of instance/class variables
* Goto matching bracket action
* Right-clicking on "ruler" to left of ruby file's contents now allows user to add bookmark or task
* Attempts to set ruby interpreter to common install location if no interpreter has been set
