Notes:

Requirements:
 Java 1.4 or upper - Api Servlet/JSP 2.3/1.2 
 Tested with: Tomcat 4.1, 5.0, 5.5 
              Jetty 5.1
              oc4j 10g 9.0.4
 Java 1.4, 1.5 on Linux, W2K, HP-UX



To upgrade from 1.3 or above:
 increase size of some database tables
 columns (see art_tables.sql)
 then just deploy the archive
