  Now User can select fonts for BigList, InputBox and Translation.

- Added timer to call Garbage Collector every minute.
  This frees up the memory that was allocated for index files generation.

- Optimized for lower memory usage when generating the index files.
  Hence, master index files generates slower, but it less likely to run out of memory
  when having a lot of dictionaries.
